The Stule Wallen mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Stule Wallen (“Stule Wallen,” “we,” or “us”). Your participation in the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). Stule Wallen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any of its features at any time without prior notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we may also update these Mobile Terms, and continued use of the Service after such changes take effect signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Stule Wallen, you consent to receive recurring text messages sent by or on behalf of Stule Wallen through your wireless carrier to the mobile number you provided, even if that number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology. Service-related communications may include alerts, reminders, and account or service updates. Promotional messages may include special offers, announcements, and marketing-related content, such as reminders or limited-time promotions.
You acknowledge that enrollment in this messaging program is not required to make any purchase or engage with Stule Wallen. Your consent is not a condition of purchase, and participation in the Service is entirely voluntary.
There is no fee charged by Stule Wallen to participate in the Service. However, you are responsible for any messaging or data charges imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Please consult your carrier for specific details. All charges associated with SMS/text messaging are solely your responsibility.
You may opt out of the Service at any time. To discontinue messages, text STOP to xxx-xxx-xxxx. For assistance, text HELP to xxx-xxx-xxxx. Upon opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, after which no additional messages will be sent unless you reinitiate contact. If you are enrolled in multiple Stule Wallen messaging programs, you must opt out of each program individually unless otherwise required by law.
Stule Wallen may change the short code or telephone number used to operate the Service at any time and will provide notice when feasible. You understand that messages sent to a number or short code that has been changed may not be received, and Stule Wallen is not responsible for honoring requests sent to outdated contact points.
Wireless carriers supported by the Service are not responsible for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid mobile number and to promptly update your enrollment if your number changes. If you obtain a new mobile number, you must re-enroll in the Service using that number.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stule Wallen is not liable for any delayed, failed, misdirected, or incomplete delivery of messages, errors in message content, or any actions taken or not taken in reliance on information provided through the Service.
